The trigger for the establishment of Mas Lawyers Law firm was started in the 1970s by a practicing lawyer named Rd. Jojo Hidajat, S.H., at that time he was one of the senior lawyers in Bandung which the office was at Pulo Laut No. 26, that was not far from the Bandung District Court.

     Besides being an active lawyer, Rd. Jojo Hidajat, S.H. He was also active as a lecturer at Bandung Law School, which taught Civil Procedure Law courses and also became a Dean Assistant II in Bandung Law School. After he passed away, his dedication in the field of law was continued by his son-in-law named M.A.S. Sirlan, S.H., M.H.
